Institut Français leaps to future with Culturethèque
27.05.2010Today sees the launch of Culturethèque, the new digital platform we've created for the Institut Français. Culturetèque brings multimedia content including rare books, audiobooks, films and documentaries, to an online community who share a passion for all things French.

10.05.2010Large Blue are developing an interactive tool for The Natural History Museum that helps people classify cherry trees. It will let users identify trees from the nine species of cherry tree most common to our shores, by answering a series of simple, visually led questions. Happy spotting!

Large Blue wins WWF Earth Hour commission
25.02.2010WWF International have once again commissioned Large Blue to produce an online TV platform, this time for its annual Earth Hour campaign; a campaign which encourages us all to switch off our lights for an hour.

WWF and Large Blue team up to cover UN Copenhagen climate talks

Design Museum video

green.tv podcasts UK's no.1
13.07.2009Large Blue produced online TV channel, green.tv, is currently the UK's leading environment video podcast on iTunes, for its Technologies channel. green.tv is also the UK's 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th top podcast for its other six podcast feeds.
Large Blue builds field guide iPhone apps

02.06.200915andCounting, a global campaign of sexual health NGO, the International Planned Parenthood Federation, launches today. We worked with Trimedia PR to build a decentralised digital campaign. The 15andCounting site connects up with popular video and social networking sites. Large Blue's expertise across design, video production, website production and social media strategy were all seamlessly employed.
'Collabregation' with the Design Museum
02.06.2009The Design Museum has invited Large Blue to design a website and interactive map to feature at their 'Super Contemporary' exhibition, alongside works by Neville Brody, Paul Smith, Wayne Hemingway and other leading London designers.
The website, called the 'Collabregator', aggregates ideas and maps the collaborative design movement that's been taking shape in London. The project will be showing at the Design Museum from June 3rd.

02.06.2009The decentralised social media campaign, 15andCounting, has achieved over 60,000 names on the petition in the first month. The petition calls for governments to meet their commitments on sexual and reproductive health and is a campaign of the International Planned Parenthood Federation
Kew celebrates Darwin's 200th birthday
29.05.2009In recognition of Charles Darwin's 200th birthday, Large Blue has produced a series of animated films for Kew Gardens and the Wellcome Trust. The eight educational films will be shown in schools right across the country.
